Lately, Guangbo Group is awarded honorary title of “Ningbo establishing labor relationship harmonious enterprise advanced unit”.
Guangbo has always been devoting to establish a harmonious development on a human-oriented basis inside the enterprise, cultivating fair, democratic, honesty and healthy labor relationship inside the enterprise, establishing innovation, learning, honesty and missin as core value of the enterprise culture. By carrying forward every employee’s spirit, it makes every employee’s career planning become the keypoint of company’s human resources management, effectively promoting the Group to the direction of specialization, diversification and globalization.
Therefore, in 2002 inside our enterprise we launch staff school, establish library, actively provide hardware facilities for the employees’ grown-up and progess. The employees make full use of the spare time to seek knowledge. Staff school often contacts with some training company, giving technical instructive training to the special type of work and equipment operation inside the enterprise. This makes about 540 employees get qualification certificate for a post, which reduces the accident rate of thousands of equipment and improves efficiency up to 30%.
Now, a majority of human resources have become knowledge workers, which has realized the deep mining and recycling use of talents. It accords with the theoty of learning staff that advocated by Guangbo Group. Thus it provides the gurantee to promote enterprise in a sustainable and healthy development.
