To carry out the scientific outlook on development, realize the joint of excellent judges and key enterprises, Ningbo Intermediate People's Court actively carried out judges travelling to the enterprise activity. On April 2, about 60 judges of the city's Intermediate People's Court travelled to Guangbo, providing advisory and suggestions to four key enterprises including Guangbo on matter of law that encountered in production operation.
Accompanied by general manager Wang Junping, about 60 judges went to Guangbo production workshop first line, and visited the company’s sample showroom. In the later symposium, general manager Wang Junping introduced Guangbo’s development history and the company’s existing situation of operation in detail. Later, three other enterprises’ representatives also consulted the judges on matter of law that faced by the company at present.
It is said that the purpose of judges of the city's Intermediate People's Court travelling to the enterprise is to make deeply research and study, reinforce the publicity of the laws, practice the law, check operating risk as well as give judicial advice, help and guide enterprise to protect own legitimate rights and interests by using legal means, to realize healthy and continual development.
