Graduated from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Shan Feilong’s major is industrial design. At present he has the probation in Guangbo Group. On that interviewing day, he is learning the making of bar code. “Just that bar code we often saw on the goods, don’t look down upon it. Its making is really a complicated project.” Said Shan Feilong. This work first tests patience and particularity. “After the probation, I found that what has learnt at school has great difference to practical application. Such as the making of this bar code, in the past I thought it was very simple, but now I find it so complicated.” Shan Feilong said he was lucky to choose this probation and gain such a learning opportunity. “Now to me, nothing is more important than learning practical experience.”
Stress on both hands on assessment Personnel training is the key
After the whole one month’s opening of “vocational probation through train plan”, on April 11, our city’s first college students’ exquisite occupation probation training camp was set up in Guangbo Group.
That day, Shan Feilong signed the agreement with Hong Jin, vice manager of the technical department. According to the agreement, in the following probation period, Hong Jin takes the responsibility to let Shan Feilong adapt to the probational post as soon as possible, and master probational skills.”

Meanwhile, the company ont only help those trainees solve problems like accommodation and so on, and also specially established training course, having the training on safety in production, occupational manners, career planning. According to probation curriculum schedule, probational youth also have many times’ theme party, having face-to-face communication with the tutors on the problems that encounted.
